VOLVO-PENTA Series 150-500 KVA

  • Continuos ratings are suitable for continuous elettrical poer (at variable load) without limitation to annual hours of operation, a 10% overload for 1 hour is available.
  • Stanby rating are applicable to supplying continuous elettrical power (at variable load) in the event of a utility power failure without limitation to the annual hours, no overload is permitted on these ratings.
  • All the brake horsepower KWm are to BS 5514, ISO 3046 and A.B.G.S.M. "C" test condition.
  • For site condition exceeding the above standard, a derating may be applicable in accordance with VOLVO-PENTA publication.
  • The generating set apparent power (KVA) depends on the power factor (cosfi) (KVA=KW/cosfi). For above generator output a power factor of 0,8 is assumed.
  • The dimensions of the soundpoofed generators refer to a residual nouse of about 65-70 dBA measured at a distance of 7 meters in an open field as standard ISO.
