F.lli Stamegna - Diesel Industrial and Marine Generator Sets

Our production of generating sets in compliance to ISO, BRITISH STANDARDS and CEE Directives. The rande covers power from 1 to over 2000 KVA, equipped with first brand international engines, as per: PERKINS - CUMMINS - IVECO AIFO - VOLVO PENTA - ODC - MTU - ISOTTA FRASCHINI - etc., available in differente frequency: 50 Hz at 1500 RPM or 60 Hz at 1800 RPM.

The engine is coupled to the alternator directly with sel centered engine block with flexible coupling formed by flexible discs. The complete unit is mounted by means of anti-vinration dampers on a robust fabricated baseframe in steel profiles electrically welded, in which is incorporated daily fuel tank.
The manual command and control panel is usually installed above the alternator with anti-vibration dampers.

Four stroke, specifically designed for power generation applications, built to BS5514, ISO3046, and DIN6271 engines detailed specifications available.

Mechanical with classA1; on some engine electronic as standard, others optional.

Water-cooled engines are fitted with tropical radiator controlled thermostatically.

12 v DC (24v optional) starter motor, lead acid battery, changing alternator for sets up to 100 KVA; 24v for larger sets as standard.

Silencers are industrial type with flecible pipes; residential types available.

AC brushless, 4 pole, class H insulation, automatic voltage regulation +/- 0.5, screen protected, self excited, drip proof IP21 - IP 23, sealed-for-life ball bearing, impregnated winding, fan ventilated, totating rectifiers (diodes), standard voltages.

Sheet steel constructions; ammeters, voltmeter/selector switch, frequency meter, hours counter, start/stop key switdh, waming lights, fuses, protective switches, gauges (oil pressure, water temperature); additional switchgears if required.

Sets shutdown if high water temperature or low oil pressure or overspeed occurs.

3/4 poles, automatic, positioned in the manual command pamel complete with adequate access for incoming and outgoing cables.

Operation and maintenance manuals. Sets painted in standard engine colors or to customers choice. Parts catalogue, tool kits etc., if requires.

A great deal of optionals are available such as automatic mains failure, automatic transfer switch, synchronization (manual or automatic), paralleling, loas sharing, cold starting, acousting canopy etc. Sets can be built to customers requirements.

Every set is load tested and its control functions examined at factory sites. 12 months warranty from commissioning. Export sets carry longer warranty effective worldwide.

Sets can be installed/commissioned by our engineers at users premises on request.

Availability of spare parts in our factory or from various national and oversead sales networks.
